Strength Training
Although stretches and manual therapy can be beneficial, increasing strength in our muscles is the most beneficial for rehabilitation, maintenance and injury prevention.
Concussion Management
We provide specialized exercises and treatments to address symptoms such as dizziness, balance issues, and neck pain. It also includes a gradual, supervised return-to-activity plan to ensure safe recovery and prevent further injury.
Vestibular Disorder
Physiotherapy helps with vestibular disorders by using targeted exercises and maneuvers to improve balance, reduce dizziness, and restore normal vestibular function. These treatments aim to retrain the brain to compensate for inner ear problems, enhancing stability and quality of life.
Massage Therapy
Our physiotherapists are highly trained in manual therapy to relieving muscle tension, reducing pain, and promoting relaxation through hands-on techniques.
